A trip to Ocean City the day before I left Maryland
Two hours drive from their home at Elderwood Ct.
Icy beach of spring time, seagulls cawing.
White beach, waves, and funnel cakes.
These things shall hold our memories
Just like how we keep it ablaze in our hearts
I’ll miss you dearest cousins,
we’ll see each other again soon.
